After our initial meeting or call with you, we take the information you’ve given us and search the market to get the best deal for 4U, whether for mortgages, insurance, or both.
Best 4U has access to the whole of the market and access to exclusives that are not accessible on the high street and you may not find with other brokers.
Over the past 30 years, we have built very good relationships with various lenders and can often obtain a more flexible approach to underwriting.
We are also able to arrange all your associated insurances, such as buildings and contents, income protection, life and critical illness insurance, family protection, and business insurance.

Natalie brings over 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, with an in-depth understanding of both straightforward and complex mortgage scenarios. Having advised thousands of clients over her career, she is known for her practical, solutions-focused approach and her ability to navigate the mortgage market with confidence and clarity. Natalie is passionate about securing the most suitable outcomes for her clients, combining strong technical knowledge with a genuinely personal service.
As the founder of Best 4 U Mortgages Ltd, Natalie prides herself on building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and clear communication. She works closely with her clients to understand their wider circumstances and future plans, ensuring advice is tailored, compliant, and robust.
Outside of work, Natalie values time with her family and friends and has a lifelong passion for horses & travel. Much of her downtime is spent with her horses or shes off exploring the world. Natalie is also a strong advocate for women in business and is committed to empowering others to build confidence, independence, and financial security.
Cara | Insurance Advisor
Cara is the Insurance Adviser at Best 4 U Insurance and has been in the industry for over 15 years. She’s very much a people person and believes insurance should be simple, honest and tailored — not confusing or full of jargon.
Cara takes the time to really get to know her clients, what they’re trying to protect and what keeps them awake at night. Whether it’s protecting a mortgage, looking after the family, covering a business or sorting general insurance, she’ll always give straight-up advice and find cover that actually fits — no hard sell, no waffle.
Clients often say Cara feels more like a trusted friend than an adviser, and that’s exactly how she likes it. She’s big on long-term relationships, being there when it matters and making sure people feel looked after from start to finish.
